Goods Returns

You may return your item within 15 days of receiving the package for a full refund (excluding shipping/handling). We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused items in normal resale condition.

PS: Customsjerseykit is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping channel with proof of delivery or tracking number. We currently do not generate return labels for international shipments. Therefore, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

After receiving the return, please allow 2 to 7 business days for the return to be processed. You will be notified by email when your refund has been arranged.

Note: Custom products are non-returnable

Payment Refunds

Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to apply for the refund. We will arrange the refund for you asap. Please note that the refund maybe processed in 3-7 days.
